KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct tests to verify that systems and components are secure and functioning correctly.
  • Identify systems or components that may have caused issues.
  • Perform test drives for diagnostic purposes.
  • Ensure efficiency and precision in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
  • Proactively repair or replace worn parts to prevent vehicle breakdowns.
  • Utilize power tools, machine tools, and standard hand tools for various tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to quickly diagnose problems.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
  • Proficient reading, computer, and math skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and repair procedures.
  • Experience operating electronic diagnostic tools.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Technical degree is a plus.
  • ASE certifications are preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor.
