Position Overview:

Responsible for the prompt, efficient, and courteous delivery of meals to residents and guests, ensuring adherence to quality standards in both food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular attendance and comply with the community's attendance policies.
  • Process orders and serve meals and beverages to residents promptly and courteously, following established standards.
  • Prepare dining areas with clean linens and polished utensils.
  • Respond to guest requests, including beverages and condiments.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and suggest alternatives as needed.
  • Report any service issues or guest concerns to a supervisor.
  • Complete all closing tasks before signing out.
  • Exhibit a positive, service-oriented attitude towards guests and colleagues.
  • Perform pre-busing of tables consistently, clearing dishes between courses to maintain a tidy dining environment.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all required training sessions and staff meetings.
  • Promote a safe working environment by following safety protocols and using proper infection control measures.
  • Maintain professionalism and positivity in interactions with residents, visitors, and team members.
  • Follow all policies and procedures of Spring Hills, LLC.
  • Complete other assigned duties as necessary.
