Key Responsibilities

  1. Service Quality Management: Ensure that our customers receive reliable and high-quality service, primarily through cabin cleaning operations. Responsibilities include:
  • Leading thorough cleanings of aircraft interiors, including the cockpit, galley, lavatory, and passenger seating areas.
  • Conducting exterior cleaning of aircraft, often in challenging weather conditions.
  • Performing quality control checks by conducting cabin inspections according to established standards.
  • Organizing team efforts to optimize labor efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Upholding safety standards throughout all cleaning operations.
Cost Management and Compliance: Maintain operational profitability and compliance through effective paperwork management. This includes:
  • Creating and managing weekly and monthly staff schedules to align with labor metrics.
  • Ensuring team retention by monitoring work hours.
  • Maintaining accurate records in accordance with airport regulations.
  • Completing necessary documentation for identified hazards.
  • Managing inventory and coordinating orders with logistics.
Team Development: Build and maintain a strong, communicative team. Responsibilities include:
  • Fostering positive daily communication among team members.
  • Setting developmental goals for team members in collaboration with management.
  • Training staff in quality service practices and safety protocols.
  • Participating in the recruitment process to ensure alignment with company values.
  • Documenting employee performance and advocating for deserving team members.

Success Metrics: Performance will be evaluated based on cabin cleanliness scores, compliance with operational checklists, and team retention rates.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication skills and availability for contact.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screenings as per airport regulations.
