About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Brand and Creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for helping bring designs to life for acquisition marketing and ensuring the brand comes to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the brand & creative team to develop design treatments for acquisition marketing.
  • Participate in brainstorming to develop campaigns and execute accordingly.
  • Understand current performance metrics take direction for future opportunities with design.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention.
  • Enforce the Keen brand look and feel across all content and deliverables, refreshing and extending the visual identity through various acquisition media.
  • Follow design best practices to ensure quality and alignment in content for all acquisition marketing placements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Advertising/Portfolio school or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 3+ years of design experience, specializing in marketing creative and design. (Creative agency experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides, Google Office, Slack, Jira and Contentstack a plus.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Detail oriented with strong understanding of production design output.
  • Understanding of strong design principals and the synergy between layout, color theory, typography, and information hierarchy.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A can-do and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and support the creative team in all tasks.
  • Driven to look externally & laterally for inspiration that drives ideas and creativity.
  • Excitement about helping build a world-class brand.

Pay Transparency:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-$100,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

This role does not offer visa sponsorship or support for H-1B, OPT, or other work visas. Candidates must already possess valid work authorization to be eligible for this position.
