Aircraft Systems Technician Overview:
This position involves a comprehensive range of mechanical responsibilities related to the diagnosis and maintenance of aircraft systems. The role requires expertise in disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly, and adjustment of various aircraft components, adhering strictly to technical specifications, engineering directives, and aviation regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough mechanical assessments to identify malfunctions.
- Perform maintenance tasks in compliance with industry standards.
- Execute disassembly and reassembly of aircraft systems as necessary.
- Support flightline operations, including troubleshooting and engine runs.
- Utilize specialized knowledge of C130H and J engines.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized individual.
- Experience with C130H engine operations is essential.
- Proven background as a C130 Flightline technician.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in aircraft maintenance.
