About the Role

Zebra Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer II to join our DevSecOps team for the EMC division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions using a variety of programming languages and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, ensuring it meets our standards for reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Work closely with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software solutions.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud security and DevSecOps.
  • Expertise in cloud security, vulnerability scanning tools, and crypto key signing.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, shell scripts, and Git/GitHub.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
