Dedicated Travel Nurse RN PCU Wanted for New York Assignment

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Nurse RN PCU to join our team in Watertown, New York.
Job OverviewThis 13-week assignment requires a Progressive Care Unit RN with at least 1-2 years of recent acute care experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessment.
- Utilize computer equipment to monitor cardiac and other vital information, detecting any changes and enabling intervention when necessary.
- Administer medications, report any adverse reactions, and adjust specialized equipment used on patients.
- Provide basic bedside care, stabilize critical cardiac patients, and prepare them for transfer or discharge.
- At least 1-2 years of recent acute care experience in a Progressive Care Unit setting.
- A valid ACLS certification and BLS certification.
- The ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty, and lift up to 50 pounds.
The estimated salary for this position is $$150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on 36 hours of work per week and 12-hour shifts. This includes a tax-free stipend amount that will be determined by the company.
