Job Summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Branch Manager Trainee. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop skills in sales, operations, and customer service within a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Learn and understand the roles and responsibilities of various functions within the branch, including sales, customer service, and operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Assist in the management of inventory levels, sales programs, and customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the branch and company goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
Working Conditions

The Branch Manager Trainee will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The Branch Manager Trainee will be required to travel to various locations, including customer sites and company offices, to perform job duties and attend training sessions.

The position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

The Branch Manager Trainee will be expected to work a standard 40-hour workweek, with occasional overtime as needed to meet business objectives.
