Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Manager to join our team to help plan, design, architecture and implement customized HPC/AI/Deep Learning/Cloud/Storage Infrastructure Solutions for our customers. The successful candidate will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and services teams to drive RFQ/RFP assessments, design, architecture, presentation, solution development and innovation
  • Draft and maintain technical documentations including drawing/diagram
  • Provide Sales Engineering support, BOM creation assistance, SOW assistance along with planning and designing solutions for complex multi-vendor solutions
  • Research, design and develop repeatable solutions for customer IT needs
  • Meet with key vendors to stay current on products and technologies
  • Work closely with teams to ensure a seamless transition from scoping/SOW completion through delivery
  • Provide on-site support during deployment/customer acceptance verification as needed
Qualifications
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years proven working experience in performing a consultant or Architect role
  • Solid Server, OS, Software Application and Networking knowledge
  • Experience in the Data Center environments including power/cooling/cabinet floor plan knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, outstanding presentation, and documentation skills
  • Strong business understanding including costing, P&L and pricing strategies and produce solutions quickly
  • Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally, work both individually and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail, organization, and follow up skills are critical, possess a real passion for technology
  • Travel required for on-site projects if needed. Ability to lift 25 pound to a height of 3-4 feet
Salary Range

$89,000 - $150,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
