About the Role:

Supermicro is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our efforts in selling computer servers, storage, and L11/L12 solutions to large enterprise and data center customers. This role will require the ability to cultivate relationships with existing customers, while also actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the data center and enterprise markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers at target accounts.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to close, for servers, storage, and L11/L12 solutions.

Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other procurement processes in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless execution and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably selling servers, storage, L11 racks, or clusters into enterprise and data center environments.

Demonstrated success in account farming and new customer acquisition.

Strong experience responding to RFPs in the server, storage, or data center industry.

Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple geographies and cultures.

Proven track record of building relationships with senior-level decision-makers.

Detail-oriented with operational experience or a deep understanding of sales operations.

Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Additional language proficiency is a plus.
