- Experience leading UL projects and developing strategies to drive business growth.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Ability to achieve goals without disciplinary leadership responsibility and possess a high degree of overreach, tenacity, and frustration tolerance.
