Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at The Grove at Washington. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their optimal level of physical function and independence.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize physical abilities and skills of patients in our facilities.
  • Deliver high-quality treatment to achieve identified objectives according to established treatment plans.
  • Accurately document progress toward objectives and communicate patient status and needs to patients, their families, and healthcare teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical expertise, professional, and management skills through ongoing education and training.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of billing, payroll, and expense records, as well as contribute to facility rehab goals and plans.
  • Comply with infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols within our facilities.
Requirements:
  • Valid Pennsylvania state license.
  • Graduate of an APTA-approved school for Physical Therapy.
