About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team at Merry Maids. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are clean, safe, and healthy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and mops, safely and efficiently.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies (up to 20 pounds).
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record.
