About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Strategy and Analytics to join our team at Hollywood Park. As a key member of our Strategy and Analytics team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex analytical models to extract actionable insights from large-scale data sets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support key business objectives
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics
  • 3-4 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in the sports and entertainment industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Alteryx and Google Looker
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
