Position Overview

Manage and coordinate the planning, organization, training, and leadership essential to meet established goals in sales, cost management, employee retention, customer satisfaction, and cleaning standards.

This position entails overseeing daily operations within the office location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute The Complete Experience program
  • Adhere to and promote TWO MAIDS General Standards
  • Fully understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs
  • Manage all personnel-related decisions, including hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, and motivational initiatives.
  • Actively participate in training activities, including New Hire Orientation and fieldwork
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction across the office location
  • Provide direct sales assistance through various communication channels
  • Manage scheduling and customer relationship management (CRM) utilizing Two Maids software
  • Report, distribute, and oversee all Team Member compensation
  • Handle the collection, receipt, and deposit of payments
  • Ensure quality control for all Team Members, including cleaning services and office operations
  • Organize and maintain all Customer and Team Member records
  • Oversee and manage cleaning and office supplies
  • Manage Information Technology (IT) infrastructure
  • Support local marketing efforts through community engagement
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Availability for work from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Must have a reliable and well-maintained vehicle
  • Proficiency in public speaking is required
  • Basic math skills for handling bank deposits and payroll are necessary
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • A college degree is preferred, though some college education may be considered
  • Successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check is mandatory
