Lead Radiology Tech Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Radiology Tech to join our team at Medical City Alliance. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care and imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the scheduling and efforts of radiology technologists to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and report daily aspects of imaging services to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Assist in coordinating daily operations to ensure proper equipment performance, safe and clean equipment, and high-quality patient care.
  • Perform all job functions of a radiology technologist, including imaging procedures and patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a radiology technologist in the state of Texas.
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a radiology technologist, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
