Automobile Sales and Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automobile Sales and Service Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our Tire and Battery Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their vehicles are safe and well-maintained, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise, setting up displays, cleaning, and organizing product displays.
- Maintain the sales floor in the Tire and Battery Center by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, and arranging merchandise.
- Receive and stock merchandise, and organize and maintain the Tire and Battery Center.
- Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Provide products and services to members in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and service member automobiles by driving cars into and out of the bay area, identifying and notating damage, and performing additional automotive services as needed.
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Auto service industry experience.
- Retail experience.
