Job Title: Production Supervisor

About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at I AM Acquisition LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and managing the day-to-day operations of our production facility, ensuring that we meet our quality and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the production facility
- Managing a team of professionals to achieve local and national objectives
- Driving operational excellence and managing costs
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business
- 10+ years experience in a management role
- Proven track record of success in continuous improvement events/projects, team leadership, and problem-solving
- Strong coaching experience and extensive application of Operational Excellence methods and tools

Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 per year
