Job Summary
As a key member of the Des Moines Area Community College team, the College Research Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the College's strategic planning and decision-making processes. This includes leading the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to inform college-wide initiatives and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with college stakeholders to identify data needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
- Design and implement data visualization tools to support college-wide decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex data sets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FERPA regulations.
- Provide data analysis and research support to college departments and programs.
- Supervise departmental staff responsible for data submission to state, regional, and federal reporting agencies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field, such as education, business, or public administration.
- Proven experience in data analysis, research, and project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
