Agronomy Trial Specialist

Blue River Technology is seeking a highly motivated Agronomic Trial Specialist to support research activities for See & Spray technology. The successful candidate will play a key role in field trial research, focusing on weed control in soybean, corn, and cotton production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and execution of field trials, including data collection and entry.
- Collaborate with the Blue River Field Engineering team to coordinate field management activities and spray events.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of weed management strategies through plant counts and visual assessments.
- Communicate with cooperators and the Blue River Field Team to ensure seamless field operations.
- Participate in sprayer demonstration days and assist with sprayer experiments as directed by the Blue River Engineering team and Field Engineers.
Requirements:
- Current or recent undergraduate students pursuing a degree in agronomy, agribusiness, ag science, crop sciences, application technology, or related field.
- Exceptional understanding of row crop production agriculture and ability to interact with agricultural technology and machinery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English speaker and writer.
- Ability to work independently and without constant supervision or direction.
- Valid driver's license.
