Role Overview:
A Housekeeping Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our resort accommodations. This position involves:
  • Thoroughly cleaning guest units, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
  • Adhering to established housekeeping standards to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Performing tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all areas, including common spaces.
  • Making beds and replenishing supplies like toiletries and kitchenware.
  • Maintaining positive interactions with guests and fellow associates to foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will:
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Work independently while following detailed instructions.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds as required.
