Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Participate in bedside shift report and keep patients and significant others updated on their care plans.
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and quality.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology to support clinical care.
