A career-defining opportunity has arisen at Auria to lead the development and deployment of infrastructure as a service and platform as a service capability for the C2BMC program. This role will be based in Colorado Springs, CO, at Schriever Space Force Base.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer with a proven track record of managing multiple environments, software deployment, troubleshooting, and automation in a DevSecOps environment. The selected candidate will lead the C2BMC DevSecOps team in delivering critical capabilities to support the Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program.

The ideal candidate will have experience with containers and container orchestration tools, as well as expertise in infrastructure automation in support of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or custom-built applications. Additionally, they should be familiar with at least one commercial cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, Oracle, or Google.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the C2BMC DevSecOps team in developing and deploying infrastructure as a service and platform as a service capability.
  • Manage multiple environments, software deployment, troubleshooting, and automation in a DevSecOps environment.
  • Develop and maintain large engineering COTS applications (ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, CAD/PLM tools) in secure, air-gapped environments.
  • Implement new and complex technologies at multiple classification levels within large environments and at an Enterprise level.
  • Experience with IS auditing and investigations, knowledgeable of operating system security requirements, and hands-on experience with industry-standard Information Assurance tools.
Requirements
  • An active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope.
  • 14 years with a Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field; 12 years with a Master's degree in a related field; OR 18 years experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Familiarity with Linux Fundamentals and basic scripting, basic understanding of type 1 encryption and IPSEC tunnel.
  • Knowledgeable of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Requirements Guides (SRGs), as well as at least one compliance framework (RMF, PCI-DSS, CMMC, DFARS, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with ICD 503/JSIG and DAAPAM, experience with at least one or more languages: Java, Kotlin, Ruby, Python, .NET, JavaScript.
