ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Manufacturing Assembly Specialist at Biofire, you will be integral to our production process, ensuring the precise assembly of our cutting-edge Smart Gun. You will collaborate within a dynamic team environment, contributing to the development of products that enhance firearm safety and technology.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your daily tasks will include:
- Assembly and Integration: Perform meticulous assembly of Biofire's Smart Gun components, adhering to standardized procedures and quality control protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Execute comprehensive quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure the reliability and functionality of the smart guns, promptly addressing any defects or issues.
- Safety Compliance: Follow established safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment, reporting any safety concerns immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize various hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for assembly tasks, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration for optimal performance.
- Attention to Detail: Work with precision to guarantee the accuracy of all assembled components, following established procedures to maintain consistency.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in assembling and troubleshooting mechanical or electronic components; prior assembly or manufacturing experience is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Effective time management skills to meet production deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, frequently move, and lift up to 50 lbs.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

LOCATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
