Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our hospital setting. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and mechanical ventilation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Valid license to practice respiratory therapy in the state of Idaho
- Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification
