Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care services to patients in our Pulmonary Rehab and POTS Rehab Clinic
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
