POSITION OVERVIEW

This role is dedicated to delivering direct patient care to a designated group of individuals under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in collaboration with fellow nursing personnel. The responsibilities encompass serving various age demographics, from adolescents to the elderly, while demonstrating a keen awareness of the functional and developmental stages of each patient.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide compassionate and effective nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Work closely with RNs and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care activities.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Participate actively in the mission and values of Blessing Health System, contributing to the overall strategic objectives and performance improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education and Experience:
  • REQUIRED: Graduate from an accredited LPN program with strong communication abilities.
  • PREFERRED: Completion of the Blessing Health System LPN IV training course.
  • Licensure: Must hold a valid state LPN license.
  • Employment Status: Non-exempt hourly position.
