Primary Care Physician

KurzSolutions is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients with developmental disabilities. You will work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support.
Responsibilities- Assess patients in a timely fashion and provide comprehensive initial histories and physical exams.
- Seek, provide, and analyze needed information regarding a patient's current status, recent history, and medications and treatments.
- Support patient discharges and transfers by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Make periodic, pertinent follow-up with patients and their assigned STAR Registered Nurses.
- Provide continuing care with individual's primary care physician and other medical professionals.
- Board certification is preferred, but board eligibility is acceptable by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), or the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).
- Must have five years' experience within their specific field.
- Must have current, full, unrestricted license in California.
- Must have current certification in Basic Life Support as certified by the American Heart Association.
