Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Liaison to act as a vital link between our healthcare facility and local hospitals. This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication and coordination for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient referrals and inquiries
- Conduct thorough pre-screening of prospective patients to assess their eligibility for admission
- Review and analyze medical records
- Process payer information and confirm compliance with requirements
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating patient discharges and transfers

Qualifications:
- Completion of an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
- Current RN or LPN state licensure
