Conduct Dietary Interviews
- Execute thorough 24-hour dietary intake interviews with participants, adhering to established protocols and methodologies.
- Gather extensive details regarding food and beverage consumption, including portion sizes, preparation techniques, and brand specifics.

Data Management
- Input dietary data accurately into designated databases or software systems.
- Ensure that all information is documented in accordance with established guidelines.

Participant Engagement
- Foster a trusting relationship with participants to encourage honest and accurate reporting.
- Address any inquiries or concerns participants may have regarding the dietary interview process.

Quality Assurance
- Review collected data for thoroughness and precision.
- Conduct follow-up interviews as needed to clarify or enhance dietary information.

Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with team members, including nutritionists, dietitians, and researchers, to support overarching project objectives.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute insights on data collection techniques and results.

Professional Development
- Keep abreast of best practices in dietary interview methodologies and nutrition research.
- Attend relevant training sessions and workshops as necessary.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with dietary assessment software is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Technical Requirements
- Certification in Nutrition Data System for Research (NDSR) is mandatory, with the option to obtain certification post-hire.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of relevant experience; additional education may substitute for required experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, Biological Sciences, Sports Medicine, or a related discipline. Alternatively, a Dietetic Technician License from an accredited body is desirable.
- Prior experience in conducting dietary interviews or nutritional assessments is advantageous.
