Clinical Trial Operations Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Operations Director to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our Clinical Trial Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of site activation activities for selected studies or multi-protocol programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the drug development process and regulatory requirements. You will have effective communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as a strong knowledge of budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain management plans according to scope of work and project plan.
  • Collaborate with regional and country teams to deliver project scope.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to facilitate business development and study initiation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • 6 years clinical research experience, including 3 years in leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of drug development process and regulatory requirements.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.

Salary Range: $89,600 - $149,300 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
