The State of California is seeking a highly skilled Grant Manager to join our team at the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle). **Job Overview**

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in grant management, contract administration, and project coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, managing grant budgets, and developing and implementing effective program strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage multiple grant programs, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective program strategies to achieve CalRecycle's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program implementation.
  • Analyze data and reports to inform program decisions and improvements.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public administration, or environmental studies.
  • At least 3 years of experience in grant management, contract administration, or project coordination.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $69,592 - $91,215 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
