The Resource Center is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist III to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across various trades, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic work to identify and resolve issues
  • Install, replace, and repair various components, including electrical panels, HVAC units, and plumbing fixtures
  • Assist with construction and renovation projects, including roofing, siding, and foundation work
  • Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including forklifts, aerial lifts, and power tools
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with a focus on multi-trade skills. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also required.
