Key Responsibilities- Lead a comprehensive breast program with a focus on high-quality subspecialized patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement disease site-based management strategies
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes
- Contribute to resident education and training programs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Board certification in general surgery
- Breast fellowship training required
- Interest or experience in leadership roles and quality improvement initiatives
- Minimum of 3-6 years of clinical practice experience
