Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our office team as an Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will provide support to our operations manager and manufacturing/production crew, communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person, and handle showroom walk-ins and tours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations manager and manufacturing/production crew.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Handle showroom walk-ins and tours.
  • Manage payments and handle ordering for customer projects and shop supplies.
  • Input and track project information.

Requirements:

  • A willingness to cross-train and help in other aspects of the business, as needed.
  • Light QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proper time management and ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task, while working independently.
  • Organizational skills, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication with our customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
