Barista Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at The Henry. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests, making them feel at home
  • Know regular guests by name and preferences, providing personalized service
  • Inform guests of specials and menu changes, ensuring they have the best experience
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests, entering them into our POS system
  • Prepare coffees, espresso, and smoothies to perfection
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a positive experience
Requirements:
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Comfortable standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
