We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starbucks Barista. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Starbucks area, and adhere to all health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge of products and services.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
