Job Overview

We are in search of a skilled and dedicated Behavior Analyst Consultant to become a vital part of our team, contributing to the enhancement of our clinical and operational methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and improve intake documentation and procedures for new clients
  • Draft thorough policies and protocols for staff, the organization, and clients
  • Generate essential clinical and administrative documentation and templates
  • Refine and standardize both organizational and clinical workflows
  • Create templates for assessment reports, behavior intervention plans, progress documentation, and other critical records
  • Formulate transition strategies, discharge protocols, and other client-related guidelines
  • Oversee and optimize BCBA caseload management
Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing clinical and administrative systems within an ABA framework
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to upholding high standards of practice
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and best practices regarding client confidentiality
  • Familiarity with data collection systems and software commonly utilized in ABA therapy
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a consultancy capacity within an ABA organization
