- Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and work closely with engineering teams.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable plans.
- Business Acumen
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

- Technical Experience
