Requirements
  • Experience
    • 10+ years of experience managing complex global scale business continuity and disaster recovery technical projects.
  • Technical Background
    • Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and work closely with engineering teams.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
    • Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable plans.
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Experience
    • Technical experience in one or more areas, including systems engineering, on-prem and/or cloud infrastructure, or networking.
  • Certifications
    • Product Manager Certification (PMC) and/or Project Management Certification (PMP).
    • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications.
