Job Summary:

McLaughlin Research Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer IV to join our team at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport's (NUWCDIVNPT) Naval Array Technical Support Center (NATSC). As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing lifecycle support for all Navy towed arrays, including surface ship and submarine applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, refurbishments, upgrades, and repairs for all Navy towed arrays
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all Jigs, Tools, Fixtures (JTF) and test and plant equipment in accordance with the maintenance procedures in the NATSC CM System
  • Add technology improvements to NATSC operations by modifying and/or upgrading JTF and plant equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of towed array systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering or science discipline
  • Active Secret Clearance
