Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our front desk team as a Front Desk Associate at Elements Massage in Woodridge. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Sell our Elements Wellness program membership to guests and build long-term relationships.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Operations: Maintain a clean and organized front desk and back of house area, and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Scheduling: Heavy scheduling required to maintain an efficient schedule for service providers.
  • Payment Handling: Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Retail sales and front office experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs.

Compensation:

$15-$17 per hour pay based on experience, plus uncapped bonuses based on monthly sales conversion.
