Position Overview

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all utensils, dishware, glassware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for both Guests and Team Members.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean and sanitized utensils, dishware, glassware, and kitchen equipment to Guests and Team Members.
    •Ensure that all dishes and cooking tools are sanitized and readily available as required.
  • Oversee the daily cleanliness and operational efficiency of the dishwashing machine.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the service area and kitchen throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Complete assigned preparation tasks and aesthetic duties.
  • Diagnose and resolve any issues with the dishwasher equipment.
  • Keep immediate supervisors informed of any significant problems or unusual occurrences and take prompt corrective actions as necessary, or suggest alternative solutions.
  • Execute all responsibilities in a timely and effective manner, adhering to established company policies to meet the overall objectives of the position.
  • Foster a positive working relationship with all Team Members to promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment, enhancing morale, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Consistently represent Jackmont Hospitality in a favorable manner to support its goals and enhance recognition and acceptance of its various initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while upholding the required operational standards in daily activities.
  • Capability to perform duties that ensure Guest satisfaction.
  • Adherence to handling and sanitation protocols, exercising caution with utensils, dishware, glassware, and equipment to prevent breakage.
  • Physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
  • Must successfully pass a 10-year federal background check.
