Job RequirementsTo be successful as a Client Service Specialist, you'll need to have the following skills and qualifications:
- Computer proficiency
- Previous veterinary experience
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age at the time of hire
As a Client Service Specialist, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for all client interfaces, providing a pleasant experience from the first impression during any client encounter. You'll build relationships with clients resulting in loyal brand ambassadors. Your day will be filled with managing appointment check-ins, booking new appointments, and partnering with the team on proper discharge information for grooming, clinic, walk-ins, technician appointments, boarding, and retail appointments.
