Position Overview:

Make a significant difference while collaborating with a dedicated team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering personalized in-home ABA services to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Implementing behavior-analytic techniques to enhance functional behaviors and reduce those that may hinder learning, safety, or social interactions, adhering to individual treatment plans.
  • Collecting and submitting data through an electronic system.
  • Maintaining effective communication with families, supervisors, and administrative staff.

About Golden Care Therapy:

Golden Care Therapy specializes in providing home-based ABA services for clients across the East Coast. We are looking for skilled ABA Therapists/RBTs to deliver essential services for children with autism under the supervision of a qualified behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Our administrative team comprises individuals with firsthand experience as ABA Therapists/RBTs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of your role and requirements. We take pride in fostering a supportive company culture that encourages a committed and enthusiastic team in the field. Annual performance evaluations are conducted to offer constructive feedback and promote professional development.

Preferred Experience:

  • Special Education: 1 year
  • Applied Behavior Analysis: 1 year
