Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center Main Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide respiratory therapy services in both the Adult ICU and general floor settings. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining detailed notes and records related to patient care and treatment plans. You will work independently with a high level of accuracy and professionalism, assisting in the orientation and training of new staff as required. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all safety, health, and quality regulations during shifts. You will be prepared to float within the facility based on organizational needs. Your commitment to delivering high-quality patient care will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
Provide respiratory therapy services in both the Adult ICU and general floor settings.
Maintain detailed notes and records related to patient care and treatment plans.
Work independently with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff as required.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and quality regulations during shifts.
Be prepared to float within the facility based on organizational needs.
Maintain up-to-date references covering one year of employment within the last three years.
Complete pre-start and annual training modules, with average completion time of 16 hours.
Engage in efficient communication to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure a streamlined recruitment process.

Requirements:
2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
Valid WA or Compact RN license required.
Allied Health License required.
COVID-19 Vaccine (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed).

What We Offer:
Competitive weekly pay range of $1857 to $2063.
13 weeks of job duration.
Night shift, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) schedule.
Guaranteed hours with the option to be called off once per pay period or once every two weeks.
