Position Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Honest Abe Roofing, you will play a vital role in addressing the needs of residential homeowners. Our goal is to establish ourselves as the most professional and reputable roofing company globally. You will be the initial point of contact for customers, significantly influencing their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products to effectively represent our offerings.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, setting a positive tone for their experience.
  • Match customers with suitable products and services to meet their needs.
  • Generate orders and establish new client accounts.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance communication and teamwork.
  • Address customer complaints by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and making recommendations.
  • Keep management updated by submitting reports on activities and results.
Qualifications:
  • No roofing experience required
  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience, particularly in high-value transactions
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications
  • Experience in a call center environment is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is preferred
  • Willingness to commute or relocate as necessary
