Job Title: Vice President of Sales

At Saturn Petcare Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales department and drive business growth.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales team members, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand business in the retail and B2B segments.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the CPG, pet, or private label industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding business in the retail and B2B segments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP, and other ERP systems.
