Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Specialist to join our team at Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, generating reports, and managing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members in the Product Safety department, PL Insurance Carrier, outside law firm, and 3rd Party administrators.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports with analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage 4-7 ongoing and ad-hoc projects that may include KPIs and Metrics.
  • Ensure all projects have required documentation as they move through the project tollgates.
  • Communicate project status and escalation/decision points to Product Liability leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with HQ teams in Korea and Company operations to manage all possible risks.
Requirements
  • Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience communicating with mid to top-level leaders (status reports, emails, presentations, F2F).
  • Experience working within the insurance and/or home appliance industry a plus.
  • Experience with product development or testing a plus.
  • Claims Adjuster License a plus.
  • Takes project ownership and possesses leadership qualities with an entrepreneurial approach.
