Job Description

The role of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Trainer is to shape the future of AI applications within organizations. This position involves training AI systems to generate human-like content, enhancing their capabilities to understand and produce natural language.

The trainer collaborates closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure that the AI models are not only efficient but also ethically aligned and culturally aware. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop training materials for generative AI models, including customized datasets and evaluation protocols.

  • Refine and adjust algorithms based on training performance metrics and user feedback.

  • Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance model performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in programming and AI concepts.
  • Proven experience in machine learning and AI technologies, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with expertise in AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with data visualization tools, enabling effective decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, driving initiatives and influencing outcomes.
