Job Description: As an AI Trainer at Skillfi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI applications. Your primary responsibility will be to train and refine our generative AI models, ensuring they produce high-quality content that meets our clients' needs. This involves collaborating closely with data scientists, evaluating AI outputs, and refining training datasets to improve model performance over time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop training materials for generative AI models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to select appropriate training datasets.
  • Evaluate AI-generated content for quality and relevance.
  • Refine and adjust algorithms based on training performance.
  • Conduct workshops to train team members on AI tools.
  • Stay updated on AI trends and technologies.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance model performance.
  • Create user guides and documentation for AI applications.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify AI training needs.
  • Monitor AI systems to ensure compliance with ethical standards.
  • Assist in debugging and troubleshooting AI performance issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop AI content strategies.
  • Conduct user testing sessions to gather insights.
  • Analyze and report on model performance metrics.
  • Contribute to research initiatives in generative AI.


Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in machine learning and AI technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI.
  • Experience in project management techniques.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI deployment.
  • Previous experience in training or educational roles.
